WHAT? DIY Pride Reading is bringing Reading Queer Socials back!!! Volunteers from our team have taken on the task of bringing the queers together again in Reading.

WHEN? the first Friday of each month, starting Friday 6 June 🏳️‍🌈

WHERE? Location for our first social to be confirmed soon. We are returning to the Rising Sun on the first Friday of July!

Our first Queer Social of the summer, starting at 5.30pm.

Category is: fun and games!

📍 Bring your own park-friendly games and snacks (our team will also provide some of each) to Abbey Sculpture (what 3 words: fixed.stand.narrow), where we will have picnic blankets ready to go.

☀️ As the light begins to wane and the air cools, we will head over to The Outlook (on Kings Road) for more fun and games. Our resident quiz team captain has written a fun queer quiz to whet your metaphorical queer historical and pop cultural appetite for a whole month of Pride and to celebrate queer past, present, and futures. No previous quiz experience is needed.
